These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Overlord AI ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Overlord AI at overlord-ai.com. By using Overlord AI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Overlord AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Overlord AI is a no-code platform for creating, experimenting with, and publishing AI-generated educational content. The App includes:

• AI diagram and content generation tools
• Social media publishing integrations (TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Workflow observability and experimentation features
• Research and article generation tools

3. TikTok Integration

Overlord AI integrates with the TikTok Content Posting API to allow authorised users to publish content to their TikTok accounts. By connecting your TikTok account:

• You authorise Overlord AI to post content on your behalf
• You confirm the content complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines
• You can revoke access at any time through TikTok settings
• We do not store your TikTok credentials beyond what is necessary to operate the integration

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content published through Overlord AI
• You must not use the App to publish illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• You must comply with the terms of all third-party platforms you connect (TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or misuse the App

5. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using Overlord AI belongs to you. The App's code, design, and infrastructure belong to Overlord AI. AI-generated content is subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider (OpenAI).

6. Limitation of Liability

Overlord AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to content moderation decisions made by third-party platforms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Overlord AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts.
